Waterways & Boating Rules

1. No swimming, snorkeling, diving.

2. No consumption of alcoholic beverages.

3. Limit the number of persons to the boat’s official capacity.

4. Each person should wear a life preserver. Life preservers should be Coast Guard
    approved only.

5. No boats with gasoline/diesel engines.

6. No boating after dark.

7. Proceed immediately to shore whenever the golf course lightning alarms are activated.

8. No horseplay in or between boats.

9. Use of waterways is at your own risk.

10. Residents are responsible for adherence to these rules by their guests.

11. Beware of reptiles – alligators, snakes, iguanas, etc.
